Today Moe announced his Net Zero 2050 plan. Nothing has changed except the political calculus - with what increasingly looks like a change in government in Ottawa, Moe finally feels safe enough to talk tough to Trudeau, knowing that Poilievre will ultimately axe Net Zero requirements anyways.
